Infinity Limousine is the Best!
I want your company to know how very much I appreciated the efforts of your driver, Brian, who drove me and 7 others from the American Automobile Association building in Wyomissing to Bayonne, NJ, the morning of Saturday, October 27. Brian went above and beyond to help me that day. I thanked him profusely that morning but would like to thank him again and let you know how pleased I was with his efforts and our experience using Infinity.
I generally am extremely organized. All through the two-hour drive, and then some extended time due to traffic, I had my backpack and a wristlet with my phone, cash, charge card, and other things in it securely on my lap. We ended up sitting in traffic for a while, and I took off my coat because I felt a little warm. As we approached the dock, I put my coat back on and handed my backpack to my travel companion to make it easier to get out of the back seat of the van, but I absentmindedly forgot all about my wristlet and didn’t realize it until we were starting through security to get on the ship. Brian had already driven off and I would guess he was probably about 10 minutes away depending on traffic. I thought my passport was in my wristlet, but fortunately I had my passport and boarding pass in my backpack which was with me. I was concerned about whether I really left my wristlet on the van or had I dropped it somewhere between the van and the ship. I quickly borrowed a call phone and called Infinity. As the person who answered the phone tried to reach Brian, I retraced my steps to see if perhaps I dropped my wristlet somewhere. After one or two frantic conversations with the Infinity operator, Brian showed up at the front entrance to the ship with my wristlet in hand! I couldn't believe it! Please thank Brian for me again. It was so nice of him and so nice for me to have the peace of mind while traveling on vacation that my cell phone and other items in the wristlet were safely with me once again.
