  • What are your hours?

    Our hours of operation are posted, but we operate as a 24/7 customer-oriented business. Whether you're making a reservation for the next day or the next month, feel free to contact us at any time.

  • When/where do you pick up from?

    We provide comprehensive door-to-door service and can pick you up from any location at any time of the day or night.

  • What is your payment process like?

    We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash. Our payment process is highly flexible, and we are happy to accommodate your specific needs. In most cases, we only charge after the completion of the trip. The exception is for weddings, for which we require payment one month prior to the event. For hourly charters and rentals, a $100 non-refundable deposit is taken before the trip, and the remaining balance is charged after the trip. For airport transfers, the full amount is charged after the completion of the trip.

  • What if I want to come to your office?

    Our office is open around the clock to cater to your needs. We welcome you to visit our functional space at any time, whether you want to view our vehicles, make a reservation, or retrieve any items left behind from a previous trip. We are accommodating and flexible, and for special events, we highly recommend meeting with us to ensure that our service meets your standards.

  • Are car seats provided or should we bring our own?

    We have car seats suitable for all ages, as well as booster seats available. You are also welcome to bring your own car seat. Additionally, rest assured that we securely store car seats at our office until your return!

  • Can I drink alcohol inside the vehicle?

    Our limo buses and stretch limousines are equipped with built-in coolers and cupholders, making it convenient to accommodate alcoholic beverages. However, we only provide soda, water, and snacks in those vehicles.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    If you inform us at least 24 hours before your trip that you need to cancel, there is no fee or charge. If the cancellation is made on the day of your trip, a $30 fee is applied. If the cancellation occurs within 3 hours of your trip, the full price is usually charged. Open communication with us can help avoid any issues.
